Even at the premiere at the Sandance festival, the film was awarded a standing ovation from the public, at the box office he gathered a huge cash register. And then “Little Miss Happiness” received four nominations for Oscar and took two figurines.

The main roles in the witty comedy Billy Wilder were played by magnificent comedians Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon. But no less attention of the audience was attracted by Merilin Monroe. The film instantly dispersed to quotes, and the final phrase “everyone has its own shortcomings” (or “no one is perfect”) is considered one of the most cited in the history of cinema.

The weak -wing, but noble and open Forrest Gump tells the story of his life. He had to overcome many difficulties since childhood. This is one of the cases when the film adaptation was much stronger than the original book. Director Robert Zemecks smoothed out all the rudeness of the work, and Tom Hanks turned a demented character into a symbol of kindness and openness.
