  • 400 g of feta cheese;
  • 200 g of tomatoes;
  • 140 ml of olive oil;
  • 200 g of leaf salad;
  • 150 g of olive;
  • salt – to taste;

Cooking

Grind garlic and chili. Mix in a stewpan with vinegar, water, sugar and herbs. Bring to a boil over low heat, after cool.

  • 1 Bulgarian pepper;
  • 300 g of tomatoes;
  • ⅓ teaspoon of salt;
  • 1 pinch of black pepper;
  • 50 ml of soy sauce;
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 1 bunch of leaf salad;
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar;
  • 1 tablespoon sesamera.

Cooking

Cut the chicken with slices with a thickness of half a centimeter or slightly larger, Bulgarian pepper – medium pieces, tomatoes – half or quarters.

Salt the fillet, pepper, pour soy sauce and leave in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken in about 5-6 minutes on each side. After 2-3 minutes, fry the bell pepper in the same oil.

Put chicken, tomatoes and pepper on salad leaves. Pour with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • 100 g of melted or half -hearted cheese;
  • 120 g of semi -leaf sausage;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 350 g of red cabbage;
  • 100 ml of water;
  • salt – to taste;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • 20 g of carrots;
  • 5 feathers of green onions.

Cooking

Boil eggs hard in 10 minutes.

Grate proteins and cheese on a large grater, yolks – on a small. Cut the sausage in small pieces. Pass the garlic through the press.

Chop the cabbage. Grind about a handful with a blender, pour water for a couple of minutes, after strain. Remove the remaining cabbage with salt and mix with garlic.

Pour the proteins with cabbage liquid and leave for 30 minutes.

Lay out layers of cabbage, cheese and sausage. After each, lubricate with mayonnaise or make a net out of it. Sprinkle with finely grated yolks on top. Put the salad in the refrigerator for half an hour.
