Befstroganov from beef liver with sour cream: simple recipe

  1. Cut the liver with cubes, and onions – halves or quarters of rings.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a medium heat in a pan. Fry the liver in a few minutes so that all the pieces change your color. Remove from heat.
  3. In another pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Fry the onion until soft and light blunder.
  4. Mix sour cream with flour and water. Add to the liver with the onion.
  5. Mix, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. 1-2 minutes before the end of cooking, salt and pepper.
