Ingredients
Fresh purified carcasses of squid 800–900 Glok1-2 plaster crackers or semolina3-5 t. Lozhekmuka2 Art. Polozhisol ½ h. spoon of black ground, tasteful oil2 st. tablespoons
Cooking
- Rinse and dry carcasses. Skip through a meat grinder with a bow.
- Mix the minced meat with an egg, crackers or a mankoo, flour, salt and pepper. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
You may need a little more semolina or crackers if the minced meat is too liquid.
- Heat vegetable oil in a medium heat in a pan.
- Form small cutlets and fry for several minutes on each side so that they are browned.
