Potato200–220 GSOLPO Taste of canned food in oil or own juice200–250 GUBLIC LUK1 Puyaki -backed crackers30–40 g + for collapsing apertor black ground tasting oil100 ml
Cooking
- Cut the peeled potatoes in large pieces and boil in salted water in about 10-15 minutes.
For these cutlets, you can use the remains of ready -made potato puree, then the cutlets can be done very quickly.
- Drain the water from the pan. Mash the potatoes with a bit, put in a bowl and cool.
- Dry liquid from canned food. Mash the fish with a fork so that there are no large pieces left.
Tuna or red fish is perfect for cutlets.
- Cut onions in very small pieces.
- Mix potatoes with fish, onions, egg, panning crackers, salt and pepper.
- Form small flat cutlets and roll in crackers.
- Warm up the oil over medium heat in a pan. Fry cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
