  1. Sut the flour and mix with ordinary and vanilla sugar, salt and yeast.
  2. Melt the butter and beat with a whisk with the egg until smooth.
  3. Pour warm milk and egg to flour. Knead soft and smooth dough. Roll it into a ball, cover it with a baking film and leave in a warm place for 1½ – 2 hours.
  4. . Roll them into balls, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
  5. Make a small hole in the center of the balls, form even blanks.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Fry donuts for 3-4 minutes on each side over low heat until golden.
  7. Put on paper towels, cool a little. Sprinkle with sugar powder before serving.
