Ingredients
Small bulb1 plastomidore2-3 plaster. spoon -eated or fish sauce ½ h. lodging oil1-2 tbsp. tablespoons
Cooking
- Cut the onion in small pieces, and tomatoes are a little larger.
- Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, pepper and sauce with a fork.
- Warm up the oil over medium heat in a pan. Fry the onion in a few minutes until soft. Add tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Salt and pepper.
- Pour everything with whipped eggs, mix and cook a few more minutes.
