Eggs with tomatoes and onions in a pan: recipe

Juicy tomatoes and fried eggs are an ideal combination for a simple and quick summer breakfast.

  1. Cut the onion in small pieces, and tomatoes are a little larger.
  2. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, pepper and sauce with a fork.
  3. Warm up the oil over medium heat in a pan. Fry the onion in a few minutes until soft. Add tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Salt and pepper.
  4. Pour everything with whipped eggs, mix and cook a few more minutes.
