Fiction and Kleets soup

Ingredients

Cooking

  1. Boil 2¹⁄₂ l of water in the pan. Cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
  2. Throw the vegetables into the water and cook over medium heat for about 15–20 minutes.
  3. Grind the onion. Mix half with minced meat, salt and pepper. Form meatballs the size of a walnut.

    Use any minced meat to your liking.

  4. Add meatballs to the soup and cook another 10 minutes.
  5. Fry the remaining onion in oil until golden.
  6. For the maple, beat the egg, 5 tablespoons of water, salt and pepper. Pour the flour gradually and mix so that there are no lumps. The dough should not turn out more than sour cream.

    For a brighter color, a pinch of turmeric can be added to Klesk.

  7. Salt the soup and add about half a teaspoon of dough or a little more to it.

    Help yourself a second spoon.

  8. . Cook for another 4-5 minutes, until they come up with cool.
  9. Sprinkle before serving.
