Ingredients

- Boil 2¹⁄₂ l of water in the pan. Cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
- Throw the vegetables into the water and cook over medium heat for about 15–20 minutes.
- Grind the onion. Mix half with minced meat, salt and pepper. Form meatballs the size of a walnut.
Use any minced meat to your liking.
- Add meatballs to the soup and cook another 10 minutes.
- Fry the remaining onion in oil until golden.
- For the maple, beat the egg, 5 tablespoons of water, salt and pepper. Pour the flour gradually and mix so that there are no lumps. The dough should not turn out more than sour cream.
For a brighter color, a pinch of turmeric can be added to Klesk.
- Salt the soup and add about half a teaspoon of dough or a little more to it.
