We offer a simple variation on the classics of oriental cuisine. In this dish, instead of lamb or beef, a chicken is used, and manually made noodles replaced by a store.

Ingredients

Cooking
- Pour the tomatoes with boiling water for about 1 minute. After rinse with cold water and peel from the skin.
- Cut tomatoes, pepper, potatoes and carrots in small pieces, chicken – medium. Grind the onion.
- In a deep pan or cauldron, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the onion in a few minutes until soft.
- Add chicken and continue to cook until all the pieces change their color. Cover with a lid.
- With an interval of a few minutes, in turn, add carrots, potatoes, pepper, tomatoes. Mix each time.
- Salt, pepper, pour chopped garlic, thyme and zira. Stir with tomato paste and pour hot water. Stew on a moderate heat under the lid for about 25-30 minutes.
You can add more or less water to your liking.
- Boil noodles for lagman according to the instructions on the package.
You can take a special noodles or any other to your liking.
- Put the noodles on deep bowls and add chicken with vegetables and broth.
