How to cook lagman with chicken, noodles and potatoes: step -by -step recipe

We offer a simple variation on the classics of oriental cuisine. In this dish, instead of lamb or beef, a chicken is used, and manually made noodles replaced by a store.

Cooking

  1. Pour the tomatoes with boiling water for about 1 minute. After rinse with cold water and peel from the skin.
  2. Cut tomatoes, pepper, potatoes and carrots in small pieces, chicken – medium. Grind the onion.
  3. In a deep pan or cauldron, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the onion in a few minutes until soft.

  6. Salt, pepper, pour chopped garlic, thyme and zira. Stir with tomato paste and pour hot water. Stew on a moderate heat under the lid for about 25-30 minutes.

    You can add more or less water to your liking.

  7. Boil noodles for lagman according to the instructions on the package.

    You can take a special noodles or any other to your liking.

  8. Put the noodles on deep bowls and add chicken with vegetables and broth.
