- Cut bananas with the same pieces or circles.
Fruits should be soft and ripe, but not ripe.
- Put them in a container or package for freezing.
- Send to the freezer for at least 2 hours, and better at night.
You can always keep such a stock of frozen bananas in the freezer. Then the preparation of the dessert in the future will take less time.
- Put the bananas in a bowl of a blender or food combine.
- Start grind the fruit. First, the mass will resemble fruits that are buried with a fork.
- Continue to whip the bananas, sometimes stopping and scraping the mass from the walls. Gradually, the consistency will become more and more homogeneous.
- Do not stop at the previous stage. Continue to beat until the mass becomes completely homogeneous, cream and lighter.
- Transfer to a container with a lid and take it into the freezer for at least 1 hour.
