Corn porridge slabs or fastens?

We constantly eat corn porridge with the whole family, once a week for sure. Nothing, have not noticed, never. Add nuts, raisins, dried apricots to porridge. There are vitamins A, B, N, E, polyunsaturated acids in the corn, reduces the risk of sick diabetes mellitus, fiber helps with constipation.

Do not recommend consuming corn for tendency to thrombosis and with exacerbation of peptic ulcer.

Corn itself does not have a fastening effect, rather the opposite. But if you cook corn porridge, then everything will depend on how and with what you cook it.

Children’s milk corn porridge have a slightly laxative effect than fastening. And if you add a dried fruit there, then the effect will be more noticeable.

It is quite neutral and much will depend on a particular organism, but in general, corn porridge will contribute to the normalization of a person in a chair. It is advisable to start with small portions to check the individual effect and only then add corn porridge to the diet.
