Malaysian killer beetle uses insect corpses as armor
This small bug is not only an effective killer, but, apparently, found a way of moral suppression of his enemies. He uses the skeletons of the killed and eaten insects as armor, gluing them to his own body. They not only protect the beetle in the event of an attack, but can also be easily discarded if the forces are unequal: the killer beetle runs off the battlefield, leaving the enemy only a bunch of remains of their victims.
