Recently, on the Web, quite often you can see such an abbreviation as Muhgu.
Everyone knows that in this way they usually reduce the names of higher educational institutions:
For example, Moscow State University is a Moscow State University,
St. Petersburg State University is St. Petersburg State University, and so on.
There are also many universities in relatively small cities,
and Internet users decided to give them a generalizing name – Muhgu,
which suggests that the mentioned higher educational institution
is in any little-known place,
conditionally designated as the city of Mukhosransk.
